Netscape Vs. I.E. Round Three - Comparing information on the Start Bar

           3.  In Netscape, when the save location window is minimized, you can rest your mouse on it and it will show you the percentage downloaded.  The download percentage is also shown on the Start Bar, but it is to the right and does not show up when you have multiple applications open (bummer).

Internet Explorer does well in this regard, the percentage complete shows up on the start bar and when you pass the mouse over each item the file name is displayed (cool).
The actual file name shows up instead of the "Saving Location" wording as found on the Start Bar using Netscape (cool), but you can't see it when you have multiple programs running (bummer #2 same as above).
